Upon receipt of returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Once a qualified refund is received and inspected we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to varying processing times between payment providers refunds can take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account. If you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
All our packages have a USPS tracking number attached to it. If your package has not arrived you must contact your local USPS office. Typically the package is delayed due to the volume the local office is managing, or due to local weather.
